Gretchen Sturdivant

Gretchen is a North Carolina State Bar-certified paralegal with more than 24 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Originally from New York, she made North Carolina her home in 1992 and has been rooted here ever since.

 

She earned her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, specializing in Paralegal Technology, from Durham Technical Community College in Durham, NC. Gretchen is also a commissioned Electronic Notary.

 

Outside of work, Gretchen enjoys quality time with her son and family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and staying active on her bike.
